More Serious Fraud Office Issues - Ineptitude and Serious Conflict of Interest

July 2023

In October 2022, we attempted to communicate with the then Head of the Serious Fraud Office, Lisa Osofsky. We expressed our concerns about serious malfeasance in office, and in the apparent conflict of interest that Ms Osofsky had with Bob Wigley. These were delivered by hand, of which we have photographic and video evidence, email, Royal Mail Special Delivery, and were also logged on the SFO's own portal.

Osofsky never replied or even acknowledged a single one of our communications. Instead choosing to completely ignore us. Below are the three letters we sent her, in addition to a dossier containing new evidence.

Just SEVENTEEN DAYS after our last email to Osofsky on the 20th October 2022, questioning her connection with Bob Wigley, the SFO confirmed she was to step down as head of the SFO in 2023.

Emails are below. We seriously question the integrity of the Serious Fraud Office when the head will not answer a question which suggests a serious conflict of interests. Preferring to step down rather than face these very important, and pertinent questions.

Communications sent 11th October 2022

Good morning Ms. Osofsky,

Please find attached a copy of a letter that was delivered to you today via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please do not ignore this communication as it contains vital new evidence in our decade long fight to expose fraud, corruption, and malfeasance.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Communications sent 18th October 2022

Good morning Ms. Osofsky,

I am disappointed that I have not received an acknowledgment to the email I sent on 11th October. In view of this, one of my fellow Directors has registered via your online portal with a submission reference of F6A-32D-D8D-A1D-98D, so that it is officially registered. Furthermore we also hand delivered the new evidence to your offices on 13th October.

I would appreciate confirmation from you that you have received my communication personally.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Communications sent 20th October 2022

Good afternoon Ms. Osofsky,

Despite our submission of new evidence (via 4 independent delivery methods) and my two previous emails to you personally, I am extremely disappointed with your apparent disdain towards our submission. At this stage, all I have requested is your acknowledgement, which would take around one minute, and not to receive this basic courtesy is somewhat concerning when I am communicating with the Director of a Government funded body.

As can be seen from our submissions to the SFO of past and new evidence, we believe that malfeasant actions took place within the SFO that meant that our case was not investigated thoroughly, if at all. As opined in our previous submission, we strongly believe that due to a strong connection between the previous Director at the SFO, David Green, and one of the main perpetrators of the fraud against us, Bob Wigley, the case was allowed to run a course of inaction, where no investigation was actually carried out. We have overwhelming and undeniable evidence of this, which is detailed in our submission to you and publicly available on our website.

I note that you too have a connection with Bob Wigley, namely, he was an advisor to Exiger, during the time that you were employed there. Furthermore, you both sit on the Government’s Economic Crime Strategic Board. There are other links in the public domain, and I am sure there are further connections if we continue researching. Naturally, because of this connection, and in particular the previous track record of the employees at the SFO protecting those known to them, you would forgive us for feeling extremely suspicious over how our submission will be treated.

In view of this, I would like you to confirm the above, that you are indeed an associate of Bob Wigley, and have been for some time. Also, could you please advise how this serious conflict of interest is handled internally at the SFO?

I look forward to your early reply.
